The HHW Fold
Herd Sire
Wallace
AHCA #66687
Wally is our AHCA registered dun bull with a demeanor everyone strives for. Wallace turned 2 in 2024 and will be providing us with several babies in 2025. We were blessed with 2 of his offspring end of 2024 with Dixie and Dottie.
Hefiers-1 Bulls-0
Highpark Sire
Frizzle
Frizzle is very well known in our area as he has been a part of several photo sessions and events. He has all of the fluff you could ask for with a laid back attitude to top it off.
His sire, Webb Cattle's Pretty Boy, has provided some of the fluffiest highparks and we are so glad we decided to keep those genetics for our Highpark fold.
I can't believe I don't have a better photo to use but it's probably because he likes to get up close for attention. I'll try again when he has his winter coat.
Our Matriarch
Maggie
Maggie or Margaret when she's being rude is the one that started our fold. This cow has only had heifers. We have had 2 calves from her and they are abosutely amazing. So amazing we have decided to keep her 2024 calf, Mona Mae.
She is the Matriarch of the fold.
Bell
Bell is our Famous Frizzle's dam. She absolutely loves honey granola bars and was one of our 1st cows. She is an amazing mother which has earned her a spot in our fold.
Dottie
What can I say? Dot Dot is one of our most beloved cows. She came to us with a "Don't touch me" attitude. As you can tell by this photo she very much enjoys our love. She not only stole our hearts but also our bulls, Wally. He protects her while she eats and drinks. You'll also see them grooming each other which is a sign of affection for cows.
Dixie Lou
Dixie is by far one our smallest and fluffiest cows. She has the typical red highlights that really show in the winter.
Sandhill Saona
AKA G-Ma
AHCA#44026
G-Ma is our oldest cow turning 18 in 2024. She's still looking fantastic and we are looking foward to several more years of beautiful AHCA babies. She adds GOF Broadstone bloodlines to our fold.
SVR Suzee
AHCA #56380
Suzee-Q came to us with her Dam, G-Ma in April of 2023. This picture depicts her personallity perfect as a you can look but not touch. She will take treats from you but other than that she's a keep her distance kind of gal. That being said she's never caused us any issues and is quite the beauty in the winter as she grows an amazing coat. She adds LEA bloodlines to our fold.
MP's Lyanna
AHCA#61888
Oh Lyanna, I just love this girl. One of biggest cows yet she just doesn't know it. She is absultely striking and adds the Bennachie bloodline to our fold.
Aspen
Aspen came to us spring of 2024, being our 1st silver. She loves to be brushed and we are so excited to see what she brings us. Definately one to keep your eyes on.
Reba
Oh the hair. She is a girl that needs brushed weekly as she keeps that coat year round. Trust me she'll let you brush her for hours on end. We have yet to see what her babies look like but I'm guessing by the nose she carries the wild type gene.
Bonnie
Bonnie is our smallest full-grown highland. Whereas we have several that are considered mini she is one you look at and think, "that's a mini cow." She also has the most amazing social personality and will follow you around the pasture looking for attention. She is extremely gentle and aware of where her horns are as to not harm anyone. Bonnie is our most popular girl for photos and events.
Lizzie
Lizzie is also small but still growing as she turned 2 Aug. 2024. She is currently bred with a Frizzle baby and we can't wait to see the Frizzie + Lizzie combo.
Hope
Hope has a story.
Dottie gave birth to a stillborn highpark bull, he was our 2nd calf born on the farm. It was awful. She cried for days and we had to find a solutoin. That's when we found Hope. We drove 6 hours to get her and have zero regrets. She instantly took to Dottie and within a few days she was nursing off of her new mom. Hope turned 2 in 2024 and blessed us with a high park bull calf the day before her birthday. Hope, Lizzie and Dot will provide the highparks of our fold.
Amelia
Sweet Amelia is guessed to be around 8 years old. She enjoys being brushed, especially on her cheeks. She will literallly run to you if she's in the mood for pets.
Adaline
You want to talk about a nice rack?! Adaline has got it. The only bad thing I can say about this girl is she'll use them to hook you to bring you closer for a good brushing. She's a wonderful mother and puts everything into her calf. I feel she's one of our most majestic looking ladies in the pasture.
Annie
Our brindle girl Annie is short and stout with the most amazing eyes. She produced this little heifer and was fantastic at letting us help with the baby after only being here for 3 days prior to giving birth.
Mona Mae
Mona was born July 2024. Her beautiful Dam, Maggie, provided us with another amazing calf and this time we couldn't let her go. Her calf from last year is currently a therapy cow and we plan to use Mona for the same purposes. She's currently the star of our photo shoots and events. As you can tell from the photo she loves giving affection.
